Swan Suites by Markuan Group is a Koichi Takada Architects designed, 11 storey office tower featuring 618 m² floor plans with expansive floor to ceiling glass on 3 sides and a solid interior wall, offering a place for your business to feel comfortable amongst the Swan Suites by Markuan Group.
From the moment you set your eyes on the building, you will feel a sense of serenity. The layering of natural landscapes, greenery, stone and water elements will bring a soft and gentle change to what was once a heavily industrial precinct.
